Archbishop Edward McCarthy established Prince of Peace Catholic Parish on June 17, 1987.
In 1999, after more than a decade of celebrating Mass at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and surmounting numerous obstacles, the parish community managed to construct a multipurpose building which the Archbishop then dedicated.
Our parish is a vibrant community enriched by the presence of people from many nationalities, creating a mosaic of cultural diversity.
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have witnessed a significant change in our parish demographics. With the world around us evolving, so too has our community. In these challenging times, many young families have found solace and strength within our parish, quickly becoming an integral part of our parish family.
Today, Prince of Peace serves as a spiritual home for people of different generations, fostering a sense of belonging and unity among all who walk through its doors.
Our commitment to living out Christ’s message remains unwavering, as we continue to grow and adapt to the changing needs of our beloved community.
